For nearly 9 years, I have worked in various settings, focusing on counseling psychology with an emphasis on trauma and relationship challenges. My background includes working with children, families, and adults in both school-based environments and psychiatric agencies. I am dedicated to providing high-quality therapy, integrating depth psychology and expressive arts into my practice.

Wide-Ranging Experience: Worked with diverse populations, including children and parents, in both school-based settings and psychiatric agencies, addressing trauma, neglect, and relationship difficulties.

Collaborative Support: Partnered with schools and teachers to provide care and support tailored to each child’s needs.

Advanced Training: Completed a three-year intensive training institute focused on deeply listening and delivering exceptional therapeutic support to adults.

Licensed Expertise: Over 3,000 hours of supervised training, along with over two years of experience as a licensed therapist.

Therapeutic Approach: Utilizes a combination of therapies based on individual client needs, focusing on helping clients manage emotions, navigate relationship issues, and find inner peace.

Family-Centered Care: As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I examine family dynamics and past relationships to assist individuals and couples in breaking free from limiting patterns.

Initial Session: My intake session includes gathering information, assessing your symptoms, history, and coping strategies, making recommendations, and determining the next steps in treatment.
