About Me
For over a decade, I’ve worked in diverse mental health and healthcare settings, supporting adults through life’s most complex transitions. My path began in Chicago, where I provided therapy in community health centers and rehabilitation facilities, working closely with individuals navigating aging, illness, grief, and identity shifts. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from NYU, where I trained in both clinical and systems-based care approaches.
My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens through connection. I’m especially passionate about supporting adults facing anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored, integrating evidence-based methods with a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.
